Zusammenfassung
Zusätzlich zu den Städten und topografischen Merkmalen Chinas enthält diese detaillierte Karte Hinweise auf Minen, Wälder und Bodenschätze. So wird beispielsweise auf Gold in den Flüssen der Provinz Szechuan verwiesen. Andere Notizen beschreiben die Kultur und die Errungenschaften der Chinesen und der Nachbarvölker. In Burma beispielsweise leben die Paulaungs, die laut Wyld "ausschließlich im Teeanbau beschäftigt waren".
