Shipbuilding (Norfolk Navy Yard). These are some of the 26,000 men whose hands are fashioning powerful new additions to Uncle Sam's rapidly expanding naval forces. A few miles away at the yards of the Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock Company, other thousands are also coming off their shifts.
