The project was hosted by the Misawa Chief Petty Officer Association and is part of the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy's CPO 365 initiative. The program provides CPO mentorship to first class petty officers, while also introducing greater aspects of senior enlisted leadership, responsibility and accountability.
