LC copy fold-lined, halved, mounted on cloth backing, and annotated in pencil: Copied in 1900 from the L'Enfant plan of the whole city and enlarged. Year 1790 in title crossed out in pencil and replaced with 1791.
Annotated in ink: From U.S. War Dept. Annual report of the Chief of Engineers for 1901 ... appendix DDD.
