Utilitiesman Constructionman Ariel Hogue, left, originally from Pensacola, Fla., and Mass Communication Specialist 3rd Class Erin Devenberg, a native of Tehachapi, Calif., pose with some Japanese school children, Jan. 30, 2014. Both sailors are members of the 2014 Navy Misawa snow team and are in Hokkaido, Japan to take part in the 65th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The team will attempt to sculpt a six-foot-by-six-foot block of snow into a frosty, 3-D version of the U.S. Navy Seabee's "Fighting Bee" logo. This is the 31st year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a delegation of sailors to the festival to create a sculpture, and to serve as U.S. Navy goodwill ambassadors.
