Utilitiesman Constructionman Ariel Hogue, originally from Pensacola, Fla., holds up a flag emblazoned with the U.S. Navy Seabee's "Fighting Bee" design, Jan. 30, 3014. Hogue, and the 2014 Navy Misawa Snow Team, will attempt to sculpt this design into the six-foot-by-six-foot block of snow, pictured in the background, in time for the start of the 65th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival.
